Laurentian Bank’s automated teller machines are located at entrance 1 near the bank.
Each mall entrance features at least one automatic door.
The baby changing stations are located in the men’s and women’s washrooms.

Gift cards are on sale at the administration office. Available in amounts ranging from $10 to $500, they are a great gift on any budget.

Bus tickets for Granby’s municipal circuit are sold at Pharmaprix.
Storage lockers are available to customers at entrance 3 for only $1.
Lost and found items are centralized in the administration office.
A large nursing room is accessible via the women’s washroom near entrance 4, a smaller one with a microwave oven is available across from the administration office.
Several parking spaces located near the shopping centre entrances are reserved for people with reduced mobility who have special permits issued by the SAAQ, as well as for pregnant women and new mothers.
The postal counter is located at Pharmaprix. A mailbox is located outside entrance 2.
Several Galeries de Granby employees have taken a CSST-approved first-aid course. The shopping centre also has a first-aid kit and a semi-automatic cardiac defibrillator. All customers who injure themselves in the shopping centre’s common areas or parking lot must fill out and sign an incident report at the administration office.
