Bus tickets for Granby’s municipal circuit are sold at Pharmaprix.

Lost and found items are centralized in the administration office.
A large nursing room is accessible via the women’s washroom near entrance 4, a smaller one with a microwave oven is available across from the administration office.
Several parking spaces located near the shopping centre entrances are reserved for people with reduced mobility who have special permits issued by the SAAQ, as well as for pregnant women and new mothers.
A photo booth is located near (entrance 3), providing you with four photos for 4$.
The postal counter is located at Pharmaprix. A mailbox is located outside entrance 2.
Several Galeries de Granby employees have taken a CSST-approved first-aid course. The shopping centre also has a first-aid kit and a semi-automatic cardiac defibrillator. All customers who injure themselves in the shopping centre’s common areas or parking lot must fill out and sign an incident report at the administration office.
The rental service is located in the food court (more precisely in front of the Bell boutique), please ring the bell on the column to notify the desk attendant. Photo identification is required.
